Psychologists have discovered that our minds are ruled by two different systems - the rational mind and the emotional mind - that compete for control. This tension can doom a change effort - but if it is overcome, change can come quickly. In Switch, the Heaths show how everyday people have united both minds and, as a result, achieved dramatic results.

This idea of willpower being a depletable resource is a great insight. We need to tweak our environment so we're led to do the right thing without having to fight temptation all the team. Lots of other interesting bits in here; I bought this book as a gift for my daughter who an elementary school teacher. Seems like a book you could read once a year and get something new each time.
